The Seven Steps of How I Recovered my Gut Flora and My Health

I am winning the slow war of attrition with regard to defeating the bad bacteria in my gut, and slowly allowing my body to heal itself of the myriad set of incumbent maladies and symptoms. I accomplished this through elimination of the pesticide/biocide glyphosate from my diet and through re-introduction of the right bacteria back into my gut. Of course, I learned this primarily on my own, thanks to the Social Skepticism Cabal. Their only outcomes are defense of the agent which precipitated this toxicity syndrome, arrogance, ignorance and suffering – in that order. Count one less sufferer among the ranks of their victims. But sadly, because of the ignorance enforced by this malevolent group of know-it-all’s, I had to find this out through secondary sources and over a decade of personal experimentation.

I am extraordinarily pleased to relate to those of you possessing ethical minds, that after a significant amount of research, work with my Integrative and Gastroenterology physicians, and significant amount of personal experimentation, I have been able to reverse the debilitating progressive disease of Glyphosate Induced Dysbiosis (GID), auto-immune problems and Irritable Bowel Syndrome, and all their related maladies. Now, while not every body is alike, I suspect that since IBS has skyrocketed from 9 million cases since the year before the introduction of glyphosate to 54 million cases by 2013 alone, that many of us are similar in our suffering patterns. Just to offer an anecdotal evidence, in my office right now – fully 75% of the persons who work there are suffering ongoing non-viral intestinal problems of various types (IBS-D&C, InfBS, Crohn’s, Diverticulitis, etc.) – only half have seen their doctor about it. But IBS is by no means the lone symptom of glyphosate toxicity syndrome. These symptoms of glyphosate induced dysbiosis† and the resulting auto-immune sicknesses include:

Yes, I have alleviated all of the above symptoms via the following procedure. Now, before I go into the success method which ended up being effective for me, and fully recognizing that I am not prescribing medical treatments, nor presuming that all people are exactly alike, we must deal with some things. God, UFO’s, Bigfoot, Loch Ness Monster, etc. – or any of the myriad things Social Skeptics were fixated upon when they SHOULD have been standing in the gap to question any short fused attempt to majorly alter our entire food supply over the course of about 8 years total and after only 3 work-content years of study.

What I Learned to Do Over the Last 12 Years
Here are the steps I am taking which are proving effective in the attrition battle to recover my gut flora from the toxicity chain induced by glyphosate (ranked below by importance). These have been effective for me, and are the result of much hard work. Develop your personal application of this advice only under the guidance of your Integrative or Gastroenterology physician :
Protect Your Intestinal Biome – It is Part of Your Vital Organ Function
  1. Get tested for h. pylori, pancreatic sufficiency, HCL sufficiency, MTHFR alleles (DNA)
  2. Eliminate all glyphosate bearing foods from your diet – no exception †
    • Corn/HFCS/Corn Starch (severe impact)not safe for consumption - Copy - Copy
    • Soy/Soybean oil (severe impact)
    • Canola oil (heavy impact)
    • Wheat/Wheat based preservatives (impact if chronically consumed)
    • Brown-Black Beans/Lentils

The items in bold are critical each day. You do not have to be perfect, but this general schedule will introduce a change to your gut environment. A gradual process of recovery, it was not immediate for me. You are supporting a bacterial war of attrition. Glyphosate is a weapon of mass destruction employed by the wrong side. There is a curious interplay between B-Vitamins and gut flora, they both produce some of them and your body needs some of them, in order to keep your flora in balance. Beta Glucan did absolute wonders for the facial sores which resulted from this Glyphosate Induced Dysbiosis.

Years of debilitating pain, 5 to 8 hours per day – Every day – 30+ Bleeding puss-filled sores on my face at all times, anxiety, loss of energy…….   Now alleviated, through experimentation, not accepting the answers Science Based Medicine and Social Skepticism have been preemptively pushing for 20 years, working with my integrative practitioner and gastroenterologist, and receptive discipline – the hallmark diligence of Ethical Skepticism.

The Net Effect of Glyphosate on the Digestive Infrastructure

antibodies-downHere is how I think it works, much of which is backed by studies inside the last two years. Below in orange I have highlighted the primary clinical impacts of glyphosate on the human body. Remember that, since glyphosate kills beneficial bacteria inside the soil and inside the plants we consume†, it does not actually have to even enter your body in order to begin this process listed above. But, as well, it is most definitely entering your body and performing the same magic act upon you, as it does to kill pests.

There is a reason the list below contains so much surfactant (functional column 4) and anti-microbial functionality (functional column 5) – It is so that the primary three symbiont bacteria phyla are protected and not displaced by foreign invasion. Killing those bacteria, and inducing the dysfunction of the digestive mechanisms which serve to defend those bacteria – makes the symbiont host (us) sick.

If you are like me (and I do see variances in how this affects different people) glyphosate acts to kill important bacteriodetes and fermicutes microbiome species in the duodenum and ileum (Orange, below), upon which your auto-immune and nutritional health depend.  If I had not found this strategy to be effective in my personal experimentation, and if my Integrative practitioner had not insisted on some of these practices and tested my blood and stool samples, I would have shied away from saying this – even though the latest 2014 and 2015 science backs this up.†

Glyphosate kills bacteria. Lysol kills bacteria too. I don’t eat plants treated with Lysol for the same reason. I need these bacteria.

The death of these bacteria results in nutritional mal-absorption shortfalls in Vitamins B and D, and the minor proteins which one only gets from Heavy Molecular Weight Organic Materials (plants, see bacteriodetes in orange highlight below).  The shortfall in these bacteria, which are resident symbionts (a functional part of our body just like an organ), results in their replacement by malicious non-symbionts.  These invading displacement bacteria then cause a host of secondary and auto-immune disorder impacts, along with the resulting endocrine, intestinal and health degradation (Yellow, below).

This proved to be correct in my body.

The expressed symptom set of this bacterial displacement, aside from the nutritional shortfall which is induced, includes a myriad of auto-immune (lupus, rosacea, fibromyalgia, arthritis, hypo endocrine) maladies, along with a general deterioration of the body.

In addition, the end-of-process symptom is the onset of Irritable Bowel Syndrome, wherein the large intestine and sigmoid colon spasm with pain and flush their production with water and excess mucus in order to evacuate the foreign bacteria-infested bolus as quickly as possible, with a minimum of toxin ingestion.

The result is IBS-constipation, IBS-diarrhea and severe debilitating pain for 4 hours a day or more, and more than 6 times per month. Most victims suffer much more than this, by far. Below, I have depicted the chain of impacts from glyphosate, beginning with the loss of two critical families of bacteria in orange under the ileum functional sets, their replacement by foreign invading bacteria, and the myriad set of auto-immune and secondary digestive impacts to the digestive tract and functional systems, which results in its own set of cascading maladies.

Abstract

The use of glyphosate modifies the environment which stresses the living microorganisms. The aim of the present study was to determine the real impact of glyphosate on potential pathogens and beneficial members of poultry microbiota in vitro. The presented results evidence that the highly pathogenic bacteria as Salmonella Entritidis, Salmonella Gallinarum, Salmonella Typhimurium, Clostridium perfringens and Clostridium botulinum are highly resistant to glyphosate. However, most of beneficial bacteria as Enterococcus faecalis, Enterococcus faecium, Bacillus badius, Bifidobacterium adolescentis (soil bacteria) and Lactobacillus spp. were found to be moderate to highly susceptible. Also Campylobacter spp. were found to be susceptible to glyphosate. A reduction of beneficial bacteria in the gastrointestinal tract microbiota by ingestion of glyphosate could disturb the normal gut bacterial community. Also, the toxicity of glyphosate to the most prevalent Enterococcus spp. could be a significant predisposing factor that is associated with the increase in C. botulinum-mediated diseases by suppressing the antagonistic effect of these bacteria on clostridia.

The Urgent Need to Reform the ABCD Seed Cartel Science Around Glyphosate

The Largest Single Health Damaging Event in American History

and where were our ‘skeptics’ for the last 24 years while this occurred? Chasing ghosts, Bigfoot and UFO hunters…

glyphoseatIt has always been more than simply interesting that our 1995-genesis epidemics of gluten sensitivity and IBS just mysteriously happened to coincide with our introduction of glyphosate into 95+% of the wheat, corn, soy and canola food supply. But if that were the only two flash-skyrocketing maladies the American public has suffered since 1995 then my curiosity might not have been piqued. And let’s be clear, Americans are the heaviest consumers of glyphosate, and are for the most part, the ones suffering most from these new top 10 prescribed-for epidemic maladies. Parsimony under an ethical governance of science, would dictate plurality due to observation, relationship and risk, under the scientific method. However, it has taken the sickening of our entire nation to alert us to this horrendous act.

Why? Because of corrupt oligarch influence and fake skepticism, plain and simple. The act of blocking or not skeptically researching the impact of glyphosate on our collective intestinal health since 1995 – is unconscionable pseudoscience. This should be pursued by a class action lawsuit – god knows that my family has suffered enough from this malfeasance and incompetence.  Your claims that we are anti-science be damned. On the contrary, science is stepping back in and taking control back from this case study in corruption.

There are six compelling reasons why the science performed to date on Glyphosate is woefully insufficient, and re-disposition by the EPA, through complete science performed by neutral third parties regarding Glyphosate and its enabling GMO seed monopoly, should be once again evaluated.  The scientific method does not dictate that preliminary conclusions, once published, can never again be examined just because SSkeptics declare otherwise.  In fact, Ethical Skepticism demands that we re-examine the role of this harmful technology in American diets and in overall human and ecological health.

Glyphosate

/ N-(phosphonomethyl) glycine / : Herbicide, assigned EPA Human Toxicity Category III and WHO Toxicity Group 2A ‘probably carcinogenic to humans.’ Toxicity enabled to varying levels in different species, by acting as a water soluble analog of the protein glycine, which deleteriously interferes with the synthesis of the aromatic amino acids phenylalanine, tyrosine and tryptophan; effectively killing bacteria and plants which depend upon the EPSP Synthase pathway. A dependency based technology utilized by Monsanto to establish a strategically planned seed sourcing monopoly. This an outcome of Glyphosate’s complimentary relationship with patented GMO seed modifications, enforced for use throughout a compliant ABCD Seed Cartel,‡ regarding Glyphosate tolerance.

Abstract

A huge increase in the incidence and prevalence of chronic diseases has been reported in the United States (US) over the last 20 years. Similar increases have been seen globally. The herbicide glyphosate was introduced in 1974 and its use is accelerating with the advent of herbicide-tolerant genetically engineered (GE) crops. Evidence is mounting that glyphosate interferes with many metabolic processes in plants and animals and glyphosate residues have been detected in both. Glyphosate disrupts the endocrine system and the balance of gut bacteria, it damages DNA and is a driver of mutations that lead to cancer. In the present study, US government databases were searched for GE crop data, glyphosate application data and disease epidemiological data. Correlation analyses were then performed on a total of 22 diseases in these time-series data sets.

The Pearson correlation coefficients are highly significant (< 10-5) between glyphosate applications and hypertension (R = 0.923), stroke (R = 0.925), diabetes prevalence (R=0.971), diabetes incidence (R= 0.935), obesity (R = 0.962), lipoprotein metabolism disorder (R = 0.973), Alzheimer’s (R = 0.917), senile dementia (R = 0.994), Parkinson’s (R=0.875), multiple sclerosis (R=0.828), autism (R= 0.989), inflammatory bowel disease (R = 0.938), intestinal infections (R = 0.974), end stage renal disease (R = 0.975), acute kidney failure (R=0.978), cancers of the thyroid (R = 0.988), liver (R = 0.960), bladder (R = 0.981), pancreas (R = 0.918), kidney (R = 0.973) and myeloid leukaemia (R = 0.878).

Phenylalanine – Elevates the mood, ensures good function of the autonomous and central nervous system (breathing, sleeping, calmness), essential for memory and learning and regulates the appetite by causing excess hunger until this minor protein is fulfilled. Otherwise one short of phenylalanine will overeat in order to attain minor proteins needed.

Tyrosine – It is a building block for several important neurotransmitters, including epinephrine, norepinephrine, serotonin, and dopamine. Neurotransmitters help nerve cells communicate and influence mood. Tyrosine also helps produce melanin (the pigment responsible for hair and skin color) and helps in the function of organs responsible for making and regulating hormones, including the adrenal, thyroid, and pituitary glands.

Tryptophan – The body uses tryptophan to help in the uptake of niacin (Vitamin B3 – lower cholesterol and triglycerides (types of fat) in the blood) and serotonin. Serotonin is thought to produce healthy sleep and a stable mood.

Helps establish the mucosa barrier which blocks toxins from crossing the intestinal boundary – reduces the amount of auto-immune triggers in the blood.

Disruption of Kidney and Liver mRNA splicing and small nucleolar RNA – were mostly upregulated, suggesting disruption of normal spliceosome activity. Electron microscopic analysis of hepatocytes confirmed nucleolar structural disruption.

Disruption of Genes Controlling Chromatin Structure – Genes (especially histone-lysine N-methyltransferases) were mostly upregulated in Kidney and Liver measures.

Disruption of Genes Related to Respiratory Chain Complex I and the Tricarboxylic Acid Cycle – Pathway analysis suggests a modulation of the mTOR and phosphatidylinositol signalling pathways. Gene disturbances associated with the chronic administration of ultra-low dose Roundup reflect a liver and kidney lipotoxic condition and increased cellular growth that may be linked with regeneration in response to toxic effects causing damage to tissues.

pseudoscienc-isIn the instances of the third party labs which completed studies, subsequently routed through Monsanto to the EPA, a glance at LinkedIn and Moody’s shows that several of these companies were staffed by ex Monsanto and Syngenta employees, all in the St. Louis and Columbia, Missouri local area, or were small or one man or short lived businesses, operating around the period of the study. Nor did these firms continue their research after the EPA approval. A curious set of actions given that now human and higher order mammal and prodigious field data are available, which could improve their confidence interval risk profiles to an impeccable level of integrity. Yet they just ceased study altogether. This brings their third party objectivity, and their role as scientists, into essential question.

3.  The sample sizes of observational data for all coincident maladies is much more easily accessible/collectible today. As well, Monsanto coordinated the release of studies, patents and EPA approvals as part of a liability risk mitigation strategy regarding these maladies, along with its connected seed sourcing monopoly business strategy

Monsanto Strategy wth GlyphosateThe height of dishonestyAs you can see from the above graphic, the amount of human data available with which to truly assess the safety of Glyphosate, is on the order of 30,000 times as large as it was in the 1986 – 1991 timeframe in which the Approval studies were conducted.  In addition, the littany of condemning, or alarm raising studies continues to proliferate AFTER the Approval in 1991 by the EPA. See the listing below.

What Monsanto has accomplished here is brilliant strategy.  They planned the timed arrival of the Glyphosate Resistant Genome Abstracts onto the market commensurate with the expiration of their Glyphosate patents.  This allowed their domain of Glyphosate to be liability umbrella covered by the former EPA guidance on the herbicide/toxicant/biocide, while the open domain market use of Glyphosate now will be administered under the newer understandings of toxicity which have been discovered since Approval by the EPA.  In this way, Monsanto dodges the liability on the negative health effects of Glyphosate, endures the ramp up period for the growth of business from a gateway patent, and secures ultimate risk-free profitability through a complimentary and solely dependent technology: Glyphosate resistance through patented GM seed.

Please note that after the EPA approval in 1991, despite the prodigious amount of new contra indicative data since on HUMANS and higher order mammals, Monsanto ceased critical safety-oriented clinical studies of Glyphosate altogether. They left it to the rest of the world to perform lifecycle and safety-diligence science through a nascent sufficient level of observational and intelligence base of data.  Knowing that these opponents would have a ‘King of the Hill’ battle against bureaucracy, collusion, corruption and false skeptics, Monsanto strategically planned to sit back and do nothing thereafter. Notice that not even one study since, has been completed by Monsanto or their shill third party labs which underpinned the 1991 EPA approval effort.

I am not sure that we can wait to finally find out what it is we must to do to convince the oppressive Social Skepticism movement to step aside and allow real actual science to proceed. To continue to actively ignore this set of maladies, endocrine, inflammation and auto-immune in nature, is the height of malicious incompetence.  And remember, one principal goal of the Social Skepticism cabal is the Cultivation of Ignorance, the false premise that you must bring final and conclusive proof at the beginning of the scientific method; along with the commensurate manipulation of the conscience of science to support oligarch cronies. No, this is not simply because the population is aging. Our children are inheriting these diseases on a regular basis now. To presume that you know the impetus behind this alarming statistic, as a means to squelch study, not stimulate it – is pseudoscience. The advocate producing this comparative on the right, indexing the coincidence between GM Food technologies and the rate of increase in diabetes, is petitioning for research – not providing excuse to block research – so he or she is actually conducting work in accordance with the scientific method.

But the bad news is that diabetes apparently is a 2 year lag sensitive malady induced from environmental factors, apparently factors which appeared in the American diet around 1995. But cancer on the other hand is more of a 15 to 40 year lag statistic as we have seen from smoking data and its impacts on stomach, bladder, esophageal and lung cancer data. Accordingly we should see a curve building now, stemming from the 1995 introduction of the first broad scale glyphosate resistant crops in 1995. Indeed, when we examine pancreatic cancer, we see exactly what might be expected; in fact, a terrifying picture.

The United States not only leads the world in rates of diabetes, but in rates and deaths of pancreatic cancer as well. We cannot continue to blame these observations on super sized meals, in absence of having really conducted any research. A counter claim cannot be tendered in a pluralistic argument, without evidence. According to the National Cancer Institute, in 2014, over 46,400 people will be diagnosed with pancreatic cancer – this is up 114% since the 2012 GLOBOCAN North American measured rate, which was already 18% higher than the rest of the planet on average. ¹ ³

And no, arch cynic Steven Novella cannot blame these stats on ‘an increase in focus on and diagnosis of’ since 80+% of these victims die of this cancer and usually in about a little over a year on average. A study leader Dr. Peter Storz, a cancer biologist at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL, who – with colleagues – describes their findings in the journal Cancer Discovery, says: ²

Our study shows a “direct link between Kras mutations and the inflammatory environment that drive the initiation of pancreatic cancer.”

It is clear from the post 1991 evidence and studies cited in section 3 above, that pancreatic inflammatory impacts were a principal observed element inside the observed set of effects of glyphosate on higher order mammals. The criminal stupidity displayed on the part of our arch SSkeptics, seeks to BLOCK, yes BLOCK the science which could prove matters such as the impact of this food additive, glyphosate, on our public health.

5.  Glyphosate is not optional. You can’t wash Glyphosate off, and it is contained in 90% of the bio-available foods of each major US Consumer Food category.

The products do not inform their victims of the incumbent potential dangers documented since 1991. Yes, there is a growing fire. The fire is the observed inflammation in our bodies, skyrocketing since 1995, along with the incumbent increase in Endocrine-Immune Disruption. Rome is burning.  It is our national health, security and prosperity. All placed in danger while we fiddle with a

  • 7.5% increase in yield and

As many others have expressed, let me offer up a resounding ‘yawn’ to this level of productivity and yield gain.   Post harvest perishment rates, especially in famine stricken areas of the globe are well in excess of 40%.  I work supporting nine of these nations, and trust me, yield is not the issue they face. Post harvest perishment is where the danger of famine resides, not in theoretical hectare ‘yields.’

I attended a symphony with an oncologist and her husband recently and the subject of autoimmune disease and diet came up.  She was a cancer survivor herself at age 29! This is what she related to me:

Now it is up to activists like me, who were able to improve their health and reverse these diseases by eliminating specific foods (wheat, dairy, corn, canola oil, soy, cottonseed oil, alfalfa), who must petition scientists we work with and know, to start considering the idea that we must begin to conduct science on the safety and health impacts of the food we are consuming. Believe it or not, science that has been obstructed by the very organization who’s job it should have been to protect us in the first place.

Plurality has been established on this issue:  Our food is in question – Glyphosate is in question – We must begin the actual third party, skeptical science.

Hell Hath No Punishment Like Watching Your Children Suffer

They say that Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned. Well forget eternal punishment and judgment for sins. The most dastardly, punishing and cruel act in the universe is being committed right before our very eyes and upon our very own children. Nothing in this world ever will or can be more despair inducing than watching ALL your children suffer from health disruption at the hands of an immoral and unaccountable agri-food industry.

In my family and in two families to either side of us, seven children grew up together with active healthy lives since age 2.  Now with 6 of them in college, each of them is undergoing extreme suffering from Endocrine-Immune Disruption. Each one started showing symptoms in their sophomore to senior years in high school. Long an influence in all their lives, encouraging these children to seek STEM careers, they have each come to me to ask “Why? I live a healthy life, just as you do Mr. A. And I have this horrible disease now, which I have never heard of before. I workout, I eat pretty well.  Why do I have ___________ ? I thought that only older people got this.” I do not have a straight answer for them, except to say:

This is not a statement of irrational propaganda, rather a pragmatic fact.² This money could have been better spent examining the background behind skyrocketing EID related disease in our young people.

There Exists a Problem with Our Food – And No, Exercising More Will Not Fix This

Plurality has been established on this issue:  Our food is in question – We must begin the science. The statistics I show in the chart to the right are alarming and ludicrous. Lupus at age 21? 3 cases of diabetes at age 21? And these are not an instance of ‘increased awareness and diagnosis’ – as these kids, as you can see below, are suffering. Each of these seven children, whom I have advised and loved over the last 19 years, suffers enormously from diseases which only 15 years ago were confined to older adults. These children have eaten healthy diets, never habitually overeaten, stayed active lifelong, and each have had weight within reason.  Each began their series of adult maladies around their sophomore to senior years in high school, with no incumbent increase in caloric consumption, and commensurate with adoption of sports activities. The incidents include

  • severe pollen and mold allergies
  • nut allergies
  • wheat/corn/dairy/soy allergies
  • joint pain/inflammation
  • brain fog

  • red faces
  • facial blemishes and infections
  • thick or edema skin
  • dramatic blood sugar swings
  • high cholesterol/C-reactive protein 1
  • Hashimoto antibodies
  • weakness/lethargy
  • depression
  • anxiety
  • sudden dramatic weight gain
  • grade decline
  • despair.

OCKHAM’S RAZOR PLURALITY HAS BEEN DRAMATICALLY SURPASSED:  THIS IS NOT NORMAL – NOR IS EXCUSE ACCEPTABLE

To continue to actively ignore this set of maladies, endocrine, inflammation and auto-immune in nature, is the height of malicious incompetence.  And remember, one principal goal of the Social Skepticism cabal is the Cultivation of Ignorance, the false premise that you must bring final and conclusive proof at the beginning of the scientific method; along with the commensurate manipulation of the conscience of science to support oligarch cronies. This constituting just one technique inside the variety of ways to cultivate ignorance through manipulation of the scientific method. No, this is not simply because the population is aging. Our children are inheriting these diseases on a regular basis now. To presume that you know the impetus behind this alarming statistic, as a means to squelch study, not stimulate it – is pseudoscience. The advocate producing this comparative on the right, indexing the coincidence between GM Food technologies and the rate of increase in diabetes, is petitioning for research – not providing excuse to block research – so he or she is actually conducting work in accordance with the scientific method.

And the criminal stupidity displayed on the part of our arch SSkeptics, seeks to BLOCK, yes BLOCK the science which could prove matters such as this.

Is This Science? and The MiHoDeAL Appeal to Skepticism

In a word, yes.  Actually, this is science. It is the first step in the scientific method, Observation.  Next comes Data Aggregation and Intelligence, then Necessity, then Construct Formulation and a petition for plurality under Ockham’s Razor.  So yes, don’t let a Social Skeptic try to tell you that what you are doing, expressing your observation in your children or in your school or your neighborhood or your personal results from a diet change, is not science.  It is.

They will want to prohibit the second step, Data Aggregation and Intelligence, at all costs. That includes threatening, slandering or libeling you, your employer, your children and your friends. So be very cautious with the broader group of SSkeptics. The visible ones are typically people of excellent character; their highly pep-rallied sycophants however, are another story altogether.

In a falsification situation, where extant data can falsify the ‘science’ that our food is acceptably safe, a MiHoDeAL claim cannot be asserted by an opponent without a sufficiently robust array of predictive evidence. That means, that SSkeptics, like the ones cited below issuing MiHoDeAL claims, cannot make or imply a claim to knowledge that all case examples are Misidentifications, Hoaxes, Delusions, Anecdotes, Lies (MiHoDeAL) without sufficient evidence to surpass reasonable epoché towards such a claim. This is the litmus test of plurality under Ockham’s Razor.  A MiHoDeAL claim most often involves a false Appeal to Skepticism, and more specifically most often constitutes a Truzzi Fallacy.

What Social Skeptics (as usual) are doing is not science. When a fake SSkeptic issues a claim to knowledge, especially when sneaking in a MiHoDeAL claim, ask them what research they have published for peer review, what groundbreaking discovery they or their teams (being part of a team is certainly valid) came up with on their own which changed their industry, what patents they have filed, type, disclosures, provisional basis, claims issued, or what significant original thought they have personally produced to benefit mankind.  If they cannot cite things in this regard, they are more than likely, simply a noisy cynic.

This is a sleight-of-hand approach to the discussion. Do not let them apply this trick, as it appears in just about every blog or article constructed by lazy SSkeptics. You will find this same statement quoted over and over without recitation or checking. This statement is also FALSE.³ In addition the study says “There is heightened interest in food allergies but no clear consensus exists regarding the prevalence or most effective diagnostic and management approaches to food allergies.” In other words, there is not agreement as to how to diagnose them, nor treat them, not to mention ‘their prevalence.’ A very key point, which is purposely skipped by fake skeptics. If you are a skeptic doctor, well then no one really has an allergy.  As well the study says “Elimination diets are the mainstay of therapy but have been rarely studied.“³ Rarely studied = lack of ANY research, and to therefore issue conclusions on such a basis – for example even and especially the statement “There is no evidence for…” is a FALSE statement under the scientific method.

Social Skeptics, like Steven Novella, believe with religious and sophomoric scientific fervency that our maladies are simply caused by overeating and lethargy. Those of us who have tested this idea with their lives, know this tautology to be false. Weight gain is an incidental effect of Endocrine-Immune Disruption. You can run for miles each day and starve yourself within a certain caloric range, and if you have suffered diabetes, thyroid damage, or pituitary damage from Hashimoto Antibodies, nothing short of starvation and extreme continuous exercise is going to cause you to lose weight. And even if you do, you are not going to live any sort of quality of life, or be healthy in regard any semblance of reason. Those of us who actually TEST the ideas, are disciplined, do science, and OBSERVE the lives of those around us, know that people like Steven Novella are pretenders. Spouting the propaganda. Totally Clueless. Even Steven’s own community is growing skeptical of calories in/calories out views of weight (http://www.skeptic.com/past-lectures/why-we-get-fat/). But Steven HAS to say something based on denial. It is part of Margold’s Law.

This is just an exercise in anger employed in lieu of acumen, and ill informed ignorance. This clueless dogmatist has never actually done any analysis of health and diet in a foreign country, as I have over 10 times for various governments. American diseases come with American foods, this is clear. Our wheat, dairy, corn, soy, canola. To dogmatic SSkeptics, any attempt to reduce the intake of their sponsor foods: wheat, dairy, soy, corn, or canola constitutes an act of stupidity. Of course they have never tried such a diet themselves. Not one time have I observed a so called skeptic even TRY the diet they decry. They do not have children who are suffering, and for whom your only effective way of mitigating the symptoms, baffling their doctors, is to eliminate these food groups. They are arrogant clueless pawns. Useless noise uttered by persons who are desperately trying to gain the credibility of a scientist, without putting in the work.

Well I have news for the fake skeptics, mom’s and dad’s are doing an end run on your so called ‘science.’ Yes, they are going to makes mistakes along the way. But that is not a rationale in support of doing nothing. They are spreading the message amongst their peers, they are taking the observation, gathering the intelligence, insisting on necessity, formulating the constructs and doing the testing. They are petitioning the doctors, and confronting the food and pharmaceutical industries, writing the books – skipping the old guard peers and going right to the science, themselves.

They are doing the science. You are not.

You stand arrogant, disdainful and idle while Rome burns, our children suffer. I have no time for you.
