Only describe, don’t explain.
~ Ludwig Wittgenstein, Tractatus Logico-Philosophicus
I’m not here to simplify, explain, cajole, or persuade—I am here to describe. That is my job. If you choose to ignore, deride, or evade this, that is your prerogative. It takes integrity to discern what the fool refuses to see. But for those who recognize that the tide of the argument has turned—despite the obfuscation, gaslighting, and sophistry—no explanation is needed.
The rationale behind why the term ‘unresolved’ is selected for use in this context, which encompasses a scope of phenomena, intelligences, and objects (artifacts, devices, materials, samples, DNA, trace analysis, etc.).
Unidentified is too open-ended, allowing for excessive noise and speculative inclusions. It carries a layman’s neutrality but lacks structured investigatory rigor.
Unexplained carries a false epistemic confidence, implying that all things are explainable given enough effort, which is not necessarily true. It also has a slight outsider connotation, as it’s often used by media and non-program observers.
Unresolved is an operational term—it signifies that cases are tracked within a structured, disciplined process and remain open until a determination can be made. This also signals that not all cases will be resolved, but the framework remains purposeful.
Slide 5 (below) is purposed to address 3 critical factors of engaging the NHI and broader issue:
- Humans are intentional and biased creatures – this imparts failure
- The public, social media, media, and government will crucify the team and team-members unnecessarily – this imparts failure
- The NHI themselves react to intentionality, and have the capability to quantum tunnel into our systems and influence their outcomes – this imparts failure
Resolution:
In refining this approach, it’s important to clarify how a Zero-Shot Lens, paired with an LLM framework – to form an Artificial Strategic Intelligence – provides a unique advantage in terms of all three challenges. Unlike traditional AI models that rely on extensive training data, a Zero-Shot AI module operates in real-time, adapting dynamically to new information, emerging patterns/habits/languages, and previously unseen engagement variables—without requiring pre-existing labels or predefined assumptions. They are able to interpret the ‘language’ of different stakeholders, including the NHI themselves.
This ZeroShot-ASI coupled capability is crucial for three key reasons:
- It allows our human team to self-correct cognitive biases, ensuring that our engagement model remains adaptive, rigorous, and resilient to manipulation.
- It helps manage the external perception of our work, protecting against misrepresentation, distortion, and external influence from media, government, and social narratives.
- It provides a structured mechanism to monitor NHI interaction with our processes—not only how they engage with us but also whether they are capable of influencing the ASI itself through non-traditional computational methods (e.g., quantum tunneling exploits).
This Slide 5 outlines our framework in acknowledging these three complex stakeholder layers—human, public/media, and NHI—and builds in intentional safeguards to maintain a neutral, structured, and strategically aware engagement model.
